Who we are
Nakh Marketing is a digital marketing agency based in Sector 22, Dwarka, New Delhi, India. In this policy, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Nakh Marketing. You can reach us at hello@nakhmarketing.com or +91 97183 05033.
What we collect
Details you give us. When you fill in a form on this site, such as the free audit, quote or contact forms or the growth audit tool, we collect what you type. That is usually your name, phone or WhatsApp number, email address, business website and the service you are interested in. If you email, call or message us on WhatsApp, we keep that conversation.
How you found us. When you arrive, a small cookie set by this site records where you came from, such as a search engine or a campaign link, for up to 90 days. If you send an enquiry, that source is attached to it so we know which marketing is working.
How the site is used. We use Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics to see which pages are visited and how people move through the site. These tools set cookies and collect technical data such as your IP address, device, browser and approximate location. We do not use them to identify you personally.
Client work. When you become a client we may need access to your website, analytics, ad accounts or Google Business Profile. We use that access only to do the work you have asked for.
Why we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and prepare an audit, proposal or quote.
- To deliver and report on the services you buy from us.
- To understand which pages and campaigns bring enquiries, so we can improve the site.
- To keep the website secure and working.
- To meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not add you to a mailing list unless you ask us to.
Who we share it with
We share information only with the service providers that help us run the business, and only what they need: our website host, our email and form tools, Google for Analytics and Tag Manager, and WhatsApp when you choose to message us there. Some of these providers store data outside India. We may also disclose information when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and client records only for as long as we need them for the purposes above, or for as long as the law requires.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it or delete it, and withdraw any consent you have given. Email hello@nakhmarketing.com and we will reply promptly.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site will still work, but we will not be able to tell which page or campaign brought you to us.
Security
The whole site runs over HTTPS, and access to your information is limited to the people who need it. No system is perfectly secure, so please do not send passwords or payment details through our forms.
Children
This site is for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle your information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
